• The deadline to apply is 11:59pm GMT, 31 December 2025.
• You must travel before 31 December 2026.

• Groups Trips and Gap Programmes are not eligible for discount or entry into the free trip prize draw.
• The winner will be drawn at random and notified during January 2026.
• A free trip will be two-weeks, if you have booked for longer, you'll just pay the 'extra week(s)' price for your remaining time away.
• The winner will receive a free trip, and their deposit will be refunded. You will still need to cover the cost of visas, flights, vaccinations, insurance, and any other costs not included in the typical price of your trip with Projects Abroad.
• Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
