Bolivia is not exactly renowned for its cuisine, but my experiences of Bolivian food weren’t all that bad. One of the tastiest snacks I tried on my travels was the salteña - a hand-held pasty filled with meat, vegetables and spices, all of which are mixed together in a sort of soup.
